The iPark Framework supports three modes of user access and two way communication with the backend iPark servers.
Voice engages a VoiceXML gateway through the cell network. SMS engages a SMS gateway through the cell network.
The GPRS data mode for the Smart Cell and Enforcement PDA interacts directly with the internet using a smart application local to the devices.
The backend architecture consists of the I/O System, the Agent Management System, the Parking Database and User, Enterprise and Merchant Websites.
